Our annual capacity is 1 billion pieces of standard blind rivets and rivet nuts , 200 million pieces of structural rivets and special riveting products. All the goods are strictly produced according to ISO 9001 management system.We follow ISO, DIN7337, IFI114, Avdel and Huck standard, we can also provide solutions as per customer request. We make routine inspection every 2 hours during production, we make final inspection before each delivery by Tensile & Shear Force Machine, Pull Force Machine, Vision Measuring System, Thickness Testing Machine, Salt Spray Testing Machine and Riveting Tools, and we also keep reserved samples of each size in stock for 2 years for quality tracking purpose.
